First Coast Gymnastics offers a wide range of programs for boys.  Boys practice and compete with other children of their skill level. The program for young boys begins with our Moms n' Tots program for boys as young as two, and continues all the way through to  First Coast Gymnastics' award winning Competitive Team program. Run under the auspices of the United States Gymnastics Association.  Training offered for our Boys Team ranges from Level 4 to Level 10.

The Boys Team at First Coast Gymnastics enjoys an advantage not found at other Jacksonville-area gyms.  Our top coaches have international competitive experience at the National Team level, and are qualified Elite coaches. This means that at First Coast Gymnastics, we have coaches that can coach and spot gymnasts at all competitive levels.

Our coaching staff works closely with the boys at every level, balancing the need for supervision and spotting with the requirement for the gymnast's to be able to perform their routines and skills independently. Our standard developmental gymnastics program follows the guidelines for training set out by the United States Gymnastics Association, so that our boys are prepared to compete in USAG sanctioned events.  Also, all of our full-time coaching staff are safety-trained, USAG-certified coaches.
